band Looking for singer
Boston-based heavy melodic hard rock band is searching for a singer to complete line-up. We are a serious dedicated band, with pro gear and studio, and rehearse 4-5 times a week. We have dozens of hours of material, so we are looking for a singer to come in to an established musical project to lay vocals on top, and we are open to working with someone finalizing song arrangements. Our goals are to record a full-length professional sounding record in ’09, tour, and beyond…
What we are:
- guitar, bass, and drums
- in our 20’s
- been playing together for 4 years
- has experience playing all over NE and NYC
- music has heavy middle eastern influences and melodies
- some aspects of our sound are similar to:
- Mudvayne, Deftones, Apex Theory, Tool, Ra, Motograter, Chevelle, etc…
Singer must:
- be able to sing in tune with self and song
- have original strong voice
- be creative and fit our style
- be willing to work together with band

Liquor Boxx Brings "Inner Peace Tour 2008" to Southbridge
For all you music fans, here's a "Next Big Thing" tip. I work with the Chicago touring rock band Liquor Boxx (think a cross between Jet, Hendrix, Zeppelin and the Black Crowes) and they will be playing a show at the Pump House, 340 Main Street, Southbridge, MA 01550, phone: 508.765.5473, on Saturday, August 30. The band plays over 200 shows a year and we are trying to get as many music lovers there as possible, to appreciate the band's live show and hard work.
