Female Country Vocalist Needed
Exisiting 6 piece "New" Country Cover Band with plenty gig connections need Dynamic Female Front Vocalist. Could start gigging in 2 months. Rehearsals bi-weekly. Serious inquiries only, please. This group has been rehearsing for some time now and recently lost female vocalist. Band is composed of seasoned professionals from the greater New Orleans area and Baton Rouge. Material includes such artists as Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift, Gretchen Wilson, Reba, Martina Mcbride, etc.

Looking for bandmates able to play one or more of the following instruments: Bodrahn, Concertina, Accordion, Tin Whistle, Flute, Mandolin, Guitar, Bass, Fiddle, and/or Banjo.
I am looking to form a Celtic Folk Group, so a good knowledge of Celtic music is a plus. Also, familiarity with jigs, reels, airs, slides, slip-jigs, and polkas is a major bonus.
My musical influences are Tommy Makem, Liam Clancy, Christy Moore, and Luke Kelly.

Electric/acoustic guitarist in search of BIG HAIRED BLONDE female vocalist to start up a lounge-cover band in the New Orleans, Louisiana area; looking for someone tall, stylish and stage savy with plenty charisma, a female version of mid 1970s era Robert Plant. I play guitar in standard and open modal signature tunings, would like to perform in patiobar settings and restaurant entertainment events. A setlist would consist of slow tempo selections, rearrangement of female Meditarranean singer/artist work into English versions, current adult contemporary, and some Classic Rock; any LOUNGE genre music that works consistently well with an electric guitar and a voice, is in your vocal range, and can get us some high scale paying gigs; interested . . contact me by email, please include a setlist of songs that you are familiar with or have performed live; if you have recorded demo material mastered by a professional sound engineer, we can include them on our playlist for presentation.
