We are Altared Hearts and we are looking for 2 serious musicians that can be committed to keeping the practice dates and concert dates.
This is a husband and wife group that is searching for Option #1 (a keyboard and drummer) Or option #2 (a bassist and lead guitarist/keyboard. We really like having a keyboard cause it just opens up so much for the Praise and Worship arena. We will stick to mainstream worship with some gospel and old school hymns. If serious send an email. Seeking metalheads in lexington
ok here's the deal....i was in a band back in texas in the late '80's but moved up here in '92 and have not been able to find anyone to get a band started with. I can play some guitar but prefer to do vocals. I'm not looking for people who are "hotdogs" or people who think that they're "godly" when they play, I'm just looking for your average person who likes to get together and jam and see what happens. I've been recording my own songs for a while and would really like a couple of other people to toss around ideas with.
Influences include: The Mentors, Black Sabbath, Slayer, Cryptic Slaughter, Necrophagia, Venom, Saint Vitus, Black Flag, Obituary among others.

Rock band needs a male vocalist, red all about it
My Lexington-Based Alternative Rock band needs a male vocalist. BAD. I'm thirteen, and everyone else is too, so we request you're a maximum age of about 15. minimum...say, 12. At first, we're gonna do covers. But, as we get more and more famous around the town, we'll start writing our own music. We CAN'T play at small coffee shops, cause the stages can't hold five people. so, if you come with any other gig places, just say so. we might shoot them down, but don't feel discouraged.
PS, if we get more than one person, we'll try out somewhere.
