High Speed Metal Musicians NEEDED!
I am a 17 year old guitarist who is looking to reform his previous band. 30 songs are already written and now it's time to finally break out into the live scene. ONE PROBLEM; Takeover needs a new lineup and this time I'm in for the kill. I need a whole band: a singer who can reach the supersonic highs and lows of Rob Halford and Bruce Dickinson with the pummeling approach of Agent Steel, Flotsam and Jetsam, Megadeth and Exodus. A Co-lead/rhythm guitarist who can perform shredding solos and harmonize when needed. Whoever takes this position must be capable of keeping up with the speedy, complex riffs I have compiled. A Bass guitarist who either picks or uses their fingers, I'm non-discriminate when it comes to this. However they must be capable of writing parts that do not simply mirror what the guitars are doing. Think Steve Harris or most of the NWOBHM bands. And finally a drummer who knows the elements of good thrash/speed metal drumming and can use more laid back Priest/Maiden style drums but also more intense skin-banging like Slayer, Megadeth, and Dark Angel particularly. I think I have told enough influences to satisfy and portray my vision. I am looking to gig and rehearse regularly, as well as give no question about Takeover being known solely as a metal band and being totally professional. Anyone who's interested or knows somebody who might get back to me ASAP

- To any and ALL musicians who would be enticed by the prospect of playing live gigs over the next 5/6 months with up an coming artist!
MILES ARNELL is at a pivotal point in launching his career. He's a 22 yr old long-developed singer, musician and songwriter who's currently recording his Debut-E.P. and putting things of that nature together. Despite all of these exciting advancements, he still lacks one undeniably crucial aspect of launching a career! A GROUP!! That being said, he HAS played a circuit of open-mics and showcases throughout the CT/NY area, and has and continues to gain a loyal fan-base. Miles is making plans to move to california by the summertime, BUT, being it's only january, and early january at that; that leaves a window of about 5/6 months open for Miles to desire the aid of a temporal group dedicated toward making things happen!! 16 Year Old Bassist Seeks Organist/Keyboardist For Heavy Metal
Hello, my name is Dan and I'm looking for an organist/keyboardist to join a new aspiring Heavy Metal band. We have a drummer and a guitarist (currently) and we all share a common love for classic Hard Rock and Heavy Metal. While we deeply love thrash metal bands such as Megadeth and Slayer, we are looking to return back to the roots of Heavy Metal with a much bluesier sound. We're looking for people between the ages of 15-20, live in New Milford (or in reasonable driving distance), and you have to be a dedicated musician. All genders and races welcome.
