Anyone Need a Practice Space?? (Tempe)
The place is located near University and the 101. I believe the place is about 800 sq. ft. There is one large room with a stage, drum riser, and PA. There is a security alarm. We have a large storage room, bathroom, a storage closet, an entry hall, and a loft above the storage room. Rent is $325 a month. If interested, please call me to setup a time to meet. We are hoping to move someone in as early as the 15th of March. This is a shared space.
