Bas Player available
I have 23 years experience as a 6 string slinger but 2 1/2 years ago I got hit by a car in a crosswalk and I lost the opposibility in my thumb in my right hand. So now I am a very noisy electric guitar player. I switched to bass permanently about 2 years ago ( I've been bassing for 8 years ) because I can play so much quieter on the bass with my hand the way it is now.
I've been playing guitar/bass on a praise team for the past 9 1/2 years and I am looking for a new opportunity to expand the range of my ministry and play with at the very least 'semi-pro' musicians. I know nashville numbers, chord spelling and theory. I can sing backup and play. I write some songs. I have a digital ProTools setup at my house with Roland V-Prod drums and a Nord Stage 88 weighted keyboard and am looking for any and all interested MUSICIANS who want follow a similar calling to make music for God. Rock, Pop, jazz, modern rock, contemporary christian, are all genres I have experience with. No country experience, but it is all modern 12 tone music right?

Rythym & lead guitars & vocals
I have been playing professionaly for 28 years. I have had my own touring bands and I have been a sideman for many major bands.
I've done the van & trailer thing playing from WA state to florida at mdium sized venues and I've rode the "Silver Eagle" type tour at venues that had anywhere from 8K - 65K. The last major tour I did was 28 states and two trips to Canada.
I've had the last two years off taking care of a family member who finally had to be put in a nursing home.
After the first of the year I'd like to get back on the road. Until then I'll play gigs within a 100 mile radius. Pay is negotiable.
I have all of my own equipment including a decent PA.
I don't mind just being a side-man but I can also front.
I like older country, country rock and classic Rock.
I can play R&B, funk and SOME hard Rock.
